Benjamin LEY

Professional career

Benjamin Ley obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2014, a Certificate of Transational Law in 2015 and a Master’s degree in Economic Law in 2016, all from the University of Geneva.

He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2019.

In parallel with his training, Benjamin Ley completed several internships in various Geneva banks.

He began his legal internship at the Criminal Court of the Republique and Canton of Geneva (2016), and continued it with the law firm Dayer Ahlström et Fauconnet (2017-2019).

He joined Eardley Avocats in February 2020 as an associate.

Benjamin Ley is a member of the Geneva Bar.

Professional associations

Eric Beaumont is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Federal Swiss Bar Association, the Association Genevoise du Droit des Affaires, the Cercle des Dirigeants d’Entreprises, and the Association promoting the franchising system.

On an international level, he is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers.
