Eric
BEAUMONT

Eric Beaumont was born in 1973. He graduated with a law degree from the University of Geneva in 1998. He began his legal traineeship in the legal division of the Geneva Cantonal Tax Department, and completed it at the law firm Ducret, Ducrest, Van Loon & Partners. He was called to the bar in Geneva in 2002.
Eric Beaumont then practiced at a law firm in Singapore, where he gained a firm grasp of the English and American common law systems.
Upon his return to Europe in 2003, Mr. Beaumont joined OHER Attorneys as an independent lawyer. He became partner in 2010.
Eric Beaumont provides legal advice and court representation in both domestic and international cases.

Memberships

Eric Beaumont is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Federal Swiss Bar Association, the Association Genevoise du Droit des Affaires, the Cercle des Dirigeants d’Entreprises, and the Association promoting the franchising system.

On an international level, he is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers.
